Ingeniería Industrial Internacional, S.A. was established and later changed its name to COMPLEX QUIMICA a company founded by Héctor Jasso and his brother Raúl from the garage of their home.

The first products for agriculture were developed with Fe, Zn, Mg, and Mn chelates under the brand name Kelatex.Then Complex 200 (Cu Oleate) and ADH were added as adherent in agricultural applications.

The two brothers decide to separate the product lines forming two independent companies: Xanthates for mineral flotation and polymers remain as Complex Química, and COSMOCEL is legally constituted with the products for agriculture, Sulfates and Phosphates, our founder, Mr. Héctor Jasso, being in charge of the latter. The offices are established in Colonia Obispado.
